Headlight lamp replacement

The owner’s manual says to let the dealer replace halogen headlights. A YouTube video shows disassembling the front end to do this. I heard a rumor that dealers charge $1,000 for this job. But when I look under the hood, the back of the headlight housing looks accessible. Has anyone tried to replace a light bulb?

Did you end up replacing it yourself or taking it to the dealer? Mine just went out and wondering what to do.

Haven’t done it yet. Videos on YouTube show people with small hands being able to remove & replace the lamps.
