The top end of my fuse box has no voltage - Fuses F22/F23 which are ECM and starter are getting zero volts. I removed the fuse box clips, the box is getting voltage up until the top bus bar. Is this fixable? Replace it? Is there a method to just bypass it? How can I test this is the problem and not software stopping it from powering? Looking for any insight.
